Web Timekeeping System

Employee

  • All time must be entered via our Web Time or Phone Entry.
  • You will receive email reminders to enter your time on Fridays at 4pm and Sundays at 9am EST. Please allow email from Support@PeopleNet-us.com. Check your Spam filter if you do not receive these emails.
  • All Timesheets are due each Sunday by 10:00PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Must have Job Number and Social Security Number.

  • Phone Entry (1-888-481-1762 is available). Click her for the IVR Entry Form. We recommend that you record your time on this template each week to help you enter it correctly into the phone system. You will register with the last four of your SSN and your assignment number.
  • Login To access the Web Time Entry system, go to www.allmedical.mypeoplenet.com and look for the New User icon to register. You will register with the last four digits of your social security number and your email address as your User ID.

Customer

  • All Medical is implementing the PeopleNet Email Time Approval application to make the process of approving time easier and more efficient for our customers. 
  • You will receive approval emails from Support@PeopleNet-us.com. The email will have a link that takes you to the Time Approval application. Simply click on the link to approve or dispute time for each associate. It's automatic; the system sends an email each Monday morning and a reminder Monday afternoon if you have not approved time. You don't need to keep track of any new logon id or password.
